Benchmarking and comparative analysis
Cross-organization and cross-country comparison under federal engagements: standardizing practices across national contexts, assessing organizations against external reference classes, and documenting the evidence trail behind every comparison.
Market and transaction research
Multi-year analytical support to HUD's asset-sales program: market analysis, buyer-side research, and deliverables consumed by federal decision-makers and the public record.
Digital product practice
HSG designs and operates its own portfolio of live web platforms, including the instrument this portal runs on. Checkout flows, conversion funnels, identity gates, and analytics are daily practice, which is the standpoint the SOW's UX review needs.
Writing for oversight audiences
Research notes that survive an Inspector General's editorial process must be sourced, hedged honestly, and clear to Congress and the general public. HSG's deliverables are built for exactly that bar, and Task 6 asks us to hold the white paper to it.
